① Internationally recognized domestic and foreign culinary contest winners with experience
② Holders of overseas qualifications, education, and experience
* Intermediate or higher qualifications: Exemption from experience requirements
* Beginner level certification: 3 years or more of experience
* Those who have completed education for more than 6 months: More than 5 years of experience
* Education waiver: more than 10 years of experience
③ Domestic education + certification, experience holder (D2 → E7)
* Bachelor's, Master's or higher: No matter major, Cooking Technician's Certificate + 2 years of experience
* Bachelor’s degree or higher: related major, culinary technician’s certificate + 2 years of experience
* Private institution training: related field training (D46), culinary technician certificate + 2 years experience
