The government establishes a mask purchase confirmation system for the fair distribution of masks. For the convenience of period calculation, it is limited to 2 sheets per person for 3 days from 6th (Fri) to 8th (Sun).

Post offices and agricultural cooperatives limit sales to one person per week until the integrated system for checking duplicate purchases is established.
After that, the system will be sold two per person. The selling price of the public dealer mask is applied at the same level, and the time for issuance of the ticket number is unified to 9:30 am. The two-person purchase limit for a public retailer does not carry over to the next week even if the quota is not purchased for that week.

Beginning on the 9th, the sale of five copies of each day will be carried out according to the year of birth. Distribute two years at the end of the year of birth. On Mondays, only people with 1 and 6 digits of their birth year can buy them. If you can't buy during the day, you can buy it at the weekend.

The government is also expanding the official mandatory supply rate of masks, which is currently 50%, to 80%. We plan to maintain a private distribution network (20%) in light of market demand, but manage large-scale transactions through pre-approval procedures. More than 3,000 per person per day
In this case, notification and approval procedures are required for more than 10,000 transactions. In order to secure the mask quickly, the public volume contractor is unified with the PPS. Applying the appropriate price, 80% of the total production is contracted. Masks will be first distributed to urgent needs such as medical institutions and special management areas for infectious diseases, and the public will be provided to vulnerable groups and school facilities where private distribution channels are difficult to access.
